What you’ll need:
- Watermelon (or summer fruits)
- Cutting board
- Cutting knife
- Greek yogurt, plain
- Vanilla extract
Step 1: Prep the fruits you want to eat! I took half a watermelon and chopped them into bite size cubes.
Step 2: Mix 1 cup greek yogurt, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tsp vanilla extract. Then, dip and munch! For ease of picking it up, I’d recommend using toothpicks to pick them up.
Aaaand that’s it! I love the color that the spice adds to the fruit, and am having so much fun imagining the fruit combinations I can create to sprinkle this on. I hope you like this recipe and enjoy!
